Foundations for Learning

The Foundations for Learning Program provides comprehensive education and family support services to children birth through age five, and their families. Offering high-quality services to promote the success of children and to meet the needs of families that are working, in school, or job-searching.

The program is currently licensed to serve 42 children ages 15 months to 5 years old. The program operates year-round, 7:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon snack are provided.

This program serves Private Pay Families, Voucher Families, and those on the EEC Kinderwait System for contracts slots.

We are committed to helping children and families prepare to be successful in school and life as well as:

  • Creating an organizational culture that utilizes a trauma-informed approach to support and empower staff.
  • Combatting the stigma of mental health through the use of a trauma-informed and culturally-aware approach to program services.
  • Serving as a leading voice in community advocacy, leveraging health and technology partnerships that dismantle barriers to equitable access and empower families as advocates and leaders.
  • Implementing policies and practices that respond to the unique needs of our community by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.

Eligibility requirements:
Families with vouchers or those seeking EEC income-eligible slots must reside in the state of Massachusetts, meet their income requirements, and have a service need of employment of education attainment.
