29th Annual Steppin’ Out – November 5th 2016
Thank you to all of those who attended the 29th Annual Steppin’ Out for The Dimock Center on Saturday November 5th. It was an incredible evening of gratitude and celebration that raised more than $800 thousand to support critical comprehensive health care and education services for our community.
In addition to the amazing support from attendees through our Impact of Your Gift, Tex-to-Give and Silent Auction, the night included outstanding entertainment from local jazz musician Andre Ward, headliners the Men of Soul: Peabo Bryson, Freddie Jackson and Jeffrey Osborne, and after party beats by Doug E. Fresh.
A special thank you to our Honorary Chair Martin J. Walsh and Co-Chairs Flash Wiley, Bob Rivers and The Dimock Community Foundation Board. And to our Presenting Sponsors TJX Companies Inc., Red Sox Foundation and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as well as our
Emcees WCVB’s Director of Public Affairs and host of CityLine Karen Holmes Ward, and Robert Lewis Jr., President of The Base.
This night couldn’t have been possible with out the tremendous support of all of our event sponsors and attendees. We are extremely grateful for your generosity.
